7 Days of Mindful Walking and Self-Reflection Experience 7 days of mindful walking, questions to reflect on over the last season and an optional deep rest to reset. Self-reflection leads to self-knowledge. It is much like listening to a recording of ourselves playing. It isn't easy, but it is a path toward greater artistic and personal progress.
